The MTV Movie Awards was an excitement fueled event jam packed with action, best kisses, mega-movie previews, Robert Pattinson, and of course FASHION. As usual, the ladies glammed it up for the red carpet with hit dresses, bold accessories and shoes, glorious shoes.
The cast of “The Hills” didn’t disappoint with fun and flirty dresses. They do work for fashion companies so I didn’t expect anything less.
Sunday’s MYV Movie Awards was bittersweet for Lauren Conrad since her final episode of “The Hills” aired right before the awards show. Conrad hit the red carpet in a red and navy floral print Moschino dress with pin-tucked / ruffled hem and a rocking pair of Christian Louboutin oxford stilettos.
Vanessa Hudgens is to cute for school and looked ab fab on the red carpet. Hudgens made a bold statement in an orange Max Azria flowing gown with matching Jimmy Choo’s. She accessorized with fun and fabulous gold necklaces which made her look fresh and age appropriate. I loved this look!
Megan Fox sent tongues wagging in a strapless mini dress by Dolce & Gabbana. Ms. Fox looked sleek and chic in a black and gold strapless brocade dress, which was accented by strappy stilletto’s and slick hair. Simply stunning.
The Queen Bee, Leighton Meester, was a fashion risk-taker on the red carpet with a fashion-forward, sexy Emilio De La Morena cut-out dress. I thought the dress was very Alaia, and even thought that was who she was wearing initially. She paired the daring design with Brian Atwood suede booties and Cathy Waterman jewels.
Kristen Stewart marches to the beat of her own drum when it comes to fashion. So when she sported Converse sneakers with her red dress on the red carpet I assumed it was her quirky twist on evening fashion. Turns out she was supposed to wear heels but she twisted her ankle and ended up wearing kicks. Must be all the constant running away from crazed fans that caused her to hurt her ankle.
